Banner Advertising

Banner ads are popular on Outdoors Directory and receive great visibility. They are most commonly used in our forums, where banners usually go in a pool where multiple companies share the exposure. Our ad zones allow for two banners to display side-by-side, so if the pool consists of only two ads, you will be seen every time someone visits that page. If there are four ads in the pool, yours will be seen every other visit, and so on.

Banner ads are placed as a sub-forum under a given forum, and are visible to anyone visiting that particular forum. In the example below, two banner ads have been placed in our Alaska Hunting Forum, where they are visible near the top of the page. This placement gives you targeted advertising to readers interested in the topic of the forum.
