Alaska News & Tips

Things happen fast in the Alaska outdoors. Regulations change. New opportunities develop and old ones disappear or change. Just one example: who would have guessed ten years ago that wood bison might be reintroduced to Alaska?

And, new ways of using the outdoors are constantly being developed. Old ways which may not be so obvious are can be incredibly helpful. One new item: flashing electronic lures that carry tiny lights and batteries down to the fish.
