Our store operates through Amazon, and all refund inquiries must be directed to them at this link.

Forum Membership Refunds

All classes of paid membership are nonrefundable in whole or in part.

Alaska Outdoors University Refunds

All subscriptions to the University system are nonrefundable in whole or in part, once the user has logged in.

Consulting Services Refunds

All funds remitted for consulting services are nonrefundable once the consulting process has commenced.

Advertising Refunds

Advertising services are generally considered nonrefundable and non-proratable. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, if extenuating circumstances exist. Such exceptions are made at the sole discretion of the site owner.

Exemptions

Because our site is dependent on computer hardware, software, and networking systems which can on rare occasions fail, temporary reductions in service can be expected.
